Registration now open for Students at the Heart Conference 2026



This year’s Students at the Heart Conference (SATHC) will take place on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 June. 

City Square location

Keynote lectures will take place in the Marybone Lecture Theatre with all other conference sessions held in City Square this year.

With 78 sessions, workshops, lightening talks, wellbeing sessions, posters and exhibitions taking place at the conference, you can view the programme timetable here.

Keynote speakers for the conference include LJMU’s Director of the Forensic Research Institute, Professor Caroline Wilkinson, and John Moores Students’ Union Student Officer President, Miles Craven. 

What is the Students at the Heart Conference? 

The SATHC brings together our staff, students and partners to share ideas, learn from one another and celebrate our achievements. 

It also offers a chance to exchange insights, explore different perspectives and practices, and connect with colleagues from across the university and beyond.
