One student who rated their experience at LJMU highly said:

“The staff at LJMU have all been lovely and, if ever I have needed to contact them regarding anything at all, they have been helpful and friendly. There have been many opportunities to be involved with societies and clubs, and part of research by students. The social spaces and lecture halls are comfortable and clean, with the Wi-Fi working on my laptop and phone.”

StudentCrowd analysed a total of 24,041 university reviews to select the top 20 across 11 different categories. The winners are selected based on their average review score over the 24-month period from June 2021 to May 2023.
