Support

You can access the Grants and Projects (GaP) software only after you have taken part in basic training.

Following training you will be set up as a user on the system, receive a Quick Start Guide, have access to training films below, the system's own support system 'Knowly' and an online User Guide.

GaP Clinics

If you have already received basic GaP training and would like some additional support on the system, please book onto a GaP Clinic by emailing gap@ljmu.ac.uk. GaP clinics are usually held weekly on a Wednesday morning between 10.30am - 12pm.
