Staff Suggestion Scheme
The staff suggestion scheme has been introduced to give all employees the opportunity to make positive suggestions to contribute to the success of the University.
What type of ideas?
Your opinion counts, we value your feedback and welcome your ideas about how we can improve as an Institution. Even a small suggestion could make a big difference to your department/school or the Institution as a whole. By sharing your ideas, you will be helping us make LJMU a better university, a better employer and an even more rewarding place to work.
What will I get if my idea is implemented?
Anyone who puts forward an idea which is recommended for implementation will receive a £50 reward voucher. All original suggestions whether recommended for implementation or not, will receive a personal thank you in appreciation of the interest shown. Information on all ideas that are taken up by LJMU will be published at regular intervals.
How do I submit an idea?
You should submit your idea using the Staff Suggestion Scheme form and then email this to StaffSuggestionScheme@ljmu.ac.uk. Please make every effort to explain your idea clearly and concisely, and think about the benefits implementing it would bring to LJMU.
What happens next?
After receiving your 'suggestion' we will keep in contact with you and update you on the progress of your suggestion. All valid suggestions will be passed for assessment to the stakeholder(s) of the relevant area. The target time for reaching a decision from the point of submission of a suggestion will be 60 days.
