LJMU LEAD Programme

Within the Core Management section there are training sessions that all new managers should complete within their first 12 months of the role, these are:
- An Introduction to Managing at LJMU
- Recruitment and Selection with Hireserve
- Absence Management
- Discipline and Grievance
- Performance Management
Please note:
The Recruitment and Selection workshop must be attended by any member of staff who is due to participate in a staff recruitment and selection process.
