Viewing Panopto recordings
You can watch and find your Panopto videos in different ways:
Canvas
You can see all your Panopt videos through your Canvas course. Log into Canvas and click on the 'Panopto' in your course menu.
Panopto Website
To watch a video on the web, sign in to the Panopto website. If you are already signed in to Canvas, you will be logged in automatically. If not, enter your LJMU username@ljmu.ac.uk and your university password.
Windows Recorder
To find your videos using the Panopto software:
- Open and log in to the Panopto recording software on your computer or through the LJMU app player.
- Click on the 'Recording Status' tab.
- If you have made a recording before, you can find it using the 'view', 'edit' or 'share' links
Or you can click on the 'Manage My Recordings' link
Mobile App
The Panopto mobile app lets yo record videos, watch your recordings, search your video library, and share videos from your phone or tablet.
Viewing videos offline
You cannot download Panopto videos to watch offline on your PC or Mac computer. However, the mobile apps do let you download videos to your phone or tablet. These downloaded videos will stay on your device for a limited time so you can watch them when you don't have internet.
