Sam Richardson is a PhD student and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Sam's research is focused on exploring underrepresented sport coaches' perceptions and application of Game-based and nonlinear (e.g., constraints led approach) pedagogies. Sam’s other research interests include; sport pedagogy, coach education, research methodologies, and systematic reviews. Alongside his research, Sam also works as a Teaching Support Officer at LJMU and in the youth sport sector as a sports coach.
