Firdaus is a PhD researcher in Applied Sports Physiology, investigating the possible link between load generation from change of direction and its physiological effect on training adaptations.
Firdaus is also applied practitioner giving professional sports science support to numbers of English Premier League, and Championship Football Club since 2014.
