Francis joined the Liverpool John Moores University in October 2018. He was a Research Fellow on the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) funded project: ‘Business Judgment and The Courts’ in the Centre for Business Law and Practice, School of Law, University of Leeds, October 2016-September 2018. He was Associate Lecturer/Tutor at the Manchester Metropolitan University and Teaching Assistant at the University of Manchester. Francis is a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute, London. He is also a Qualified Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria. His research interests include Company Law, Corporate Law and the market for Corporate Control, Corporate Governance, Law and Economics, Commercial Law and Comparative Law. Francis is the author of a book and a number of journal articles.
