Ashley Holmes is a multi-disciplinary artist working with sound, drawing and collaborative projects. His work is centred around social and historical relational knowledges of Black music, writing and performance that emerge in different local contexts. Ashley has presented work, performed and facilitated workshops at arts institutions and festivals including V&A Museum London (2024); Arts Catalyst (2024);, Turner Contemporary (2023); Horst Arts & Music Festival (2023); FACT Liverpool (2022); and Frieze London (2021)

He teaches on the BA Fine Art programme across various modules supporting first, second and third year students.
